Lead Engineer Instrumentation (m/w/d)

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support from the sales phase (Sales Support) through the execution phase to the site acceptance for instrumentation in mechanical engineering/plant construction projects.
  • Review and comment on offer and contract specifications.
  • Conduct coordination meetings with customers.
  • Design and select measuring devices and methods for machines and systems.
  • Coordinate on the selection of measuring devices with internal departments and suppliers, according to contract specifications.
  • Create and review instrumentation and control documentation.
  • Participate in the standardization of measuring devices.
  • Maintain project-related master data.

Basic Requirements:

  • Degree in engineering (e.g., mechatronics, or technician in Electrical Engineering with specialization in instrumentation and control technology).
  • Ideally, several years of experience in mechanical and plant engineering, specifically in the oil and gas industry, or pharmaceuticals.
  • Experience in project management and coordination of interfaces.
  • Experience in the design of measuring devices in plant construction.
  • Experience with international standards and regulations regarding explosion protection and safety technology.
  • Knowledge of COMOS.
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Excellent communicator and proactive work ethic.
